「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「We enjoyed the big comfy beds lots of pillows a set up for much needed coffee was waiting there in the room. Place was quiet and clean.Office staff friendly and helpful. 」

「The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful. My family and I stayed there so we were close to Ginni Springs. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were very clean and cozy. You have a few places to grab food and a Publix is close by. We were able to walk to Dairy Queen for ice cream. You can also walk to Dunkin for coffee. However they do have accessible coffee 24/7 in the front. We would definitely stay here again. 」
