"Amazing"

"Upon checking into our initial room with my family, we discovered that the air conditioning unit was not functional. Despite waiting for several hours, the issue persisted. We requested a room change and were informed that the only available alternative lacked a sofa bed. A maintenance technician inspected the AC unit, but the problem remained unresolved. After further delay, we returned to the lobby to reiterate our request for a room change. We were eventually relocated to a different room...

"We stay a couple times a year and it is always a pleasure. Hot breakfast and very helpful staff. Property and rooms always very clean. Pool and jacuzzi are always a nice bonus. Very close to Dairy Queen for a little treat as well"
