「The room was very clean. The customer service was amazing newly renovated property so everything was spotless. Reasonable pricing for pet fee $30 a night a great spot for Thanksgiving and for a long stay. Breakfast was delicious and cold infused water and hot coffee downstairs. I loved that. Thank you.」

「We had a great stay at the Best Western gateway Grand. I got caught up at a funeral and had to send my wife to check into a hotel for us so I sent them a text message and they arranged immediately for her to be able to check in for us even though she wasn't on the original reservation by name. I really appreciated the quick online text resolution of our challenge」

「The staff was amazing. Laura was so sweet. We had a rough da with our car rental and she was so welcoming. The breakfast was solid. Beds were comfortable. 」

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」
