The room was clean, spacious and comfortable!! We loved enjoying the hot tub at night and the bath towels were some of the softest and nicest quality I have ever had at a hotel. Also, don’t skip the free breakfast! They had a lot of great options and they were actually flavorful and of good quality!

The location is excellent, and we have stayed here every year while traveling down from our Christmas trip. Unfortunately, the property’s condition has continued to decline. Maintenance and housekeeping issues are a serious concern, including dirty sheets with blood stains, an unclean bathroom, and water leaks. I sincerely hope management addresses these problems promptly and implements better oversight to restore the quality this property once had.

The breakfast left a little to be desired. There was only the option for a chef made omelette that tips were requested at instead of an option for just premade eggs. A bit odd in an included breakfast buffet. The drain in the bathtub was clogged with hair and there were fleas in the room. While the staff was amazing and very kind it was evident the corners that were being cut due to understaffing was very impactful to the cleanliness and quality of the stay.
