「I see the cockroach in the room .so I didn’t sleep very well but the employees at the front desk is very nice . I hate the cockroach and I see it . Maybe means not very clean . 」

「The staff did a good job. They were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but a little dated. The toilet needed maintenance with a loose seat and float adjusted to operate as it should. The breakfast was a little slack compared to other motels we have stayed in recently.」

「Room was decently clean, but they missed some cleaning in the bathroom tub and tub surround. Baseboards were very dusty. We stayed there a year ago an it was better, fresher. They do not keep up the outside front plant area and it’s grown up with weeds and small trees. Ice machine is leaking and has green growth around it on the concrete. There is a mini frig, but no coffee maker. For the price I guess you can’t expect too much. One night was enough.」

「The bed was very comfortable. We loved the shower pressure. The check in process was very smooth. We would stay again if in the area.」

「We stayed one night for Morgan Wallen. They were nice and let us check in early since we arrived early. Our room was decent and definitely recently renovated. But the floors, couch, chairs, end tables were all dirty. We ended up going to the store to get cleaning wipes and a small broom to clean the room up enough to be fairly comfortable. The sink and bathroom areas were all clean though. We didn’t use any amenities since it was for one night. Overall it was decent for a quick one night stay...

「The room itself was dated which would have been fine if it looked clean. There was rust that looked awful in the toilet and white splatter marks of something on the doors. Glue or some gunk in the shower. The towels should have been white but were very dingy and we had to get another set at the front. Those were white thank goodness.」

「Blue Gem motel was the perfect stay for us for our weekend event at Camp Kulaqua which was only a few minutes down the road. I was a lil hesitant since it was a “motel”. However the room was nicely decorated and spacious. The bed was a super comfy king bed. I travel a lot and was impressed with how comfortable I slept. The AC was nice and cold.
