紐伯利學院 3 星級飯店

「Drove in Thursday afternoon around 3pm. Was told by the hotel staff it would be an additional $20 to check-in early. Check-in is 4pm. Lobby is well put together, very worn furniture but overall looked ok. Was checked into room 104 on the first floor. Room is tucked away from all the other rooms which is nice. Upon walking into room immediately came across a warm room. Ok, no problem turned the a/c down. Here where the problems start. Dirty sheets with some unknown stains, stains like something...

「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「Staff was nice, breakfast was great, rooms were surface clean but filthy. Carpet was sticky, wore socks or shoes always except when sleeping.」
