「We had a wonderful stay! The oceanfront location was perfect, and being just a short 5-minute walk to Flagler Avenue made it easy to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and local atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Smyrna Beach!」

「Old school vibe and hotel/motel. And everything else was just old and outdated. Needed lots of TLC. Didn’t really seem like the room was cleaned properly, flies in the bathroom, dead. Stains on the bathroom wall, that I cleaned with the washcloth. But it was easy access to the beach, Tiki bar seems like a lot of locals, which was OK. Beds were decent and air-conditioning. Worked well.」

「Pool area was ok, tiki bar affordable, did not stay in our room went to Marriott to say it wasn’t clean is an understatement. Door off hinges, unsafe and awful if negative stars were an option I would choose those」
