「The hotel had cockroaches in the hallway and in the room-I had to spray with raid everyday . Also the coffee tasted like nothing I have ever had before. I would never recommend this place.」

「Old school vibe and hotel/motel. And everything else was just old and outdated. Needed lots of TLC. Didn’t really seem like the room was cleaned properly, flies in the bathroom, dead. Stains on the bathroom wall, that I cleaned with the washcloth. But it was easy access to the beach, Tiki bar seems like a lot of locals, which was OK. Beds were decent and air-conditioning. Worked well.」

「Very friendly staff. Beautiful property. Breathtaking view of the Bay. The complementary breakfast was really good. Good wine and beer at the bar. The only thing is that this time our suite was located on the main floor. We could hear every conversation happening at the lobby, which means room privacy was not ideal. We'd definitely come back but we'll make sure to book a different suite.」

「It's a very nice property run by a friendly family. I feel there should have been more sound proofing during construction. I could hear the person snoring in the room adjacent. Otherwise, nothing would put me off staying there again. Thanks!」

「I would give high marks to the staff, however to call this a "resort is a stretch. At best, I would say a basic, functional resort. Two smallish pools, no food or drink (some basics in the lobby), chipped paint on some doors, and AC units that "rattle" (at least ours. On the beach is a plus and nearby cafes. I would conclude that it is somewhat overpriced for what you get in this property.」

「Our family has stayed here on several occasions. We love being right on Flagler with all the local shops and restaurants, and of course, being a few walking minutes from the beach! The rooms are always clean and spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. A few items during this visit that were not so great: - breakfast until 10am advertised, but unfortunately many items (meats, milk, bread) were depleted at 9:30 on 2 of the 3 mornings we were there. - upon carrying bags to car just...

「My daughter and I had a girls weekend to go to the NCA competitions. The place itself was decent and clean. Although it is on the older side it was kept up. I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. Being it was just my daughter and myself I had no way of knowing who has a key...
