「This hotel was very unclean. The first room they gave was not clean with garbage in floor and no sheets on the bed. The front desk apologized and gave us a second room next to the first one. The second room had the bed made up but the fridge was spattered with something red all over the front. The floor was filthy, mold growing in shower, trash still in trash cans. We left and found other accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel.」

「Staff was courteous . Physical building needs updating and maintenance.Our room didn’t have the toilet rod to hold the toilet paper. We asked for one and was told maintenance would remedy it the next day. Went all weekend with the toilet paper on the counter. Walking down the hall the picture that covers the utilities was hanging open unable to close. Overall this hotel is tired and needs a make over and attention. It is in a convenient location but I doubt I’ll be staying there again.」

「The staff at check-in was on a phone call the entire time while we checked in. The room had a smoke-like smell for a non-smoking room. The shower/bathtub was dirty-looking. The tv and fridge were plugged into a power strip that had to be stretched and plugged into the wall upon us getting into the room.」

「Had limited service from the staff. Limited amenities. A fight broke out in the lobby area during my stay and cops and ambulance were called」

「The heat didn't work. The light fell out of the bathroom ceiling. It didn't seem like they cleaned it between guest. Stains on the bed and dead bugs in the floor and on the wall. The neighborhood wasn't the best and people were smoking on the balcony right outside of the room. Checked out early and will never stay again.」
