Having never stayed where there was no front desk was quite confusing for me and my senior citizen friends. Check-in was at 4 pm and we got an email at 4:05 with instructions on what to do. Would be helpful to receive message at 12:01 am with checkout instructions. We were leaving early and had no idea how to handle parking pass. Kudos to quick response to our email inquiries.

Nice place! Great location, easy to access the unit, comfy beds. There is a Keurig coffee maker station in the lobby. The only downside was the parking garage: it’s conveniently located across the street, but it’s terribly tight and overcrowded and I often wasted time going up and down eight floors to find an open spot.

We were in town for a 2 day midweek girl’s trip. We attended an event at the Ryman and attended some of my daughter’s shows on Broadway and the location was perfect. The check in and checkout processes were seamless and efficient. The rental was well stocked with starter supplies. Beds were comfy and linens were clean and crisp. Easy and inexpensive ride-share to all the major spots. This is my second stay in the same building and would absolutely stay again.

Great location! Just a short walk to Broadway and all the fun bars and restaurants. The room was huge and very clean. The only feed back would be about the parking. I’d recommend buying the parking through Kasa as it’s more price efficient but the instructions were a little confusing. There needs to be more information about going inside your unit and getting the parking lanyard then parking across the street. The instructions stated to temporarily park then to park across the street but I didn’t see anything about how to get access to the parking ramp. Luckily there was someone inside to help even though there’s no front desk and it’s more of a virtual check in concept. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Very pleased with the accommodations. Thanks again!

Our room was very spacious and clean. It’s a bit of a hassle with virtual check in but I did it all in advance and someone did answer when I call for a couple questions on where to park. Our friend had about an hour delay at check in with getting his code and room number. Everything about the place was excellent except for the initial check in.

The parking was a pain to find somewhere to park and then go inside all the way to the room to get parking pass and back out to park. Was nice to be able to walk to venue though. The place was nice, the bed was decently comfy but not very sturdy. Biggest issue was the shower wouldn’t drain, despite my trying to mess with with stopper even, and found that out in the middle of the night after getting home from a concert and had business meeting early in AM so had to wash with cloth from sink:/
