「When I booked this visit I requested a ocean view suite and ended up with a partial ocean view on the 10th floor. The front desk staff were not friendly and when I asked to have a late checkout due to our plane departure was not until 8pm the lady wouldn't even look at me and flat out stated that "we are completely booked" which seemed like a lie as it is not peak season. 「We stay here every year with for our beach vacay, its always excellent. The people at the front desk were really sweet. The pool was heated and clean. Nice family activities at the pool. The indoor pool is closed but still ot was nice. Very clean in our room but you can tell the buildings are starting to look old. The art pieces in the room were piled with dust and the toilet has a permanent bad smell to it. Not really a big deal we weren't in our room that much anyway. 4 out of 5 stars」

「This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The grounds are gorgeous. I had to work remotely over our trip and I had no issues working in my room, common areas, and grounds. The staff is absolutely incredible and makes you feel like family. This truly is a home away from home. 」

「The light was out by our door. The elevator could have been a little cleaner. We loved the oceanfront view from two different rooms and were able to watch the sun come up on the water from our room! We also loved the apartment-style room. Felt cozy!」
