"De ligging van de accommodatie is heel goed, alle toeristische zaken zoals de moskeeën en de Grand Bazar, de Galatatoren en het Taksimplein zijn op loopafstand. Net als veel bars en restaurants. Maar dat is ook het enige positieve. Studio is ruim, maar is in de 5 dagen dat wij er zijn geweest niet schoongemaakt. We waren met z'n 6en, hadden 3 studio's, waarvan er 2 bij aankomst geen dekbed hadden, het bed was niet opgemaakt. We hebben er 3 keer om moeten vragen, elke keer werd er gezegd dat de...

TV didn't work, air-conditioning above was leaking water, sofa bed which my daughter used was directly in front obviously this was dangerous. Kettle didn't work. Wallpaper peeling away. Furniture was chipped. IKEA small tables were used as bedside which needed replacing too. The 3 wardrobes had handles missing and wood chipped property needs a deep clean and full renovation all this feedback was reported by another guest which...
