風景很好的露台，熱情的職員

職員說這是酒店裏最好的房間，是在六層頂樓，露台望出去是海景，房間也很大很舒適，酒店職員也很好，服務周到。雖然我們只住了一晚 ，但對這裏感覺很好。 酒店不是在藍色清真寺那邊的景點區，但附近很多餐廳，而且步行就到了大橋，散步也很舒服，酒店職員也很好的給我們介紹了遊覽伊斯坦堡的路徑，步行就能夠去到很多地方，而且酒店附近就有T1電車，基本上可以去到所有景點，超級方便。

Stayed with the family. Hotel is a hidden jem, staff is great. Service and cleanliness is top notch. The staff provided everything we wanted for our stay. Orhan and hakan at the front desk were amazing and ready to help with everything. Bosporus view is astonishing and very refreshing. we stayed at sea view room. Hotel has a the best location with a walking distance to most Istanbul attractions and historic site. Great restaurants around with some of the best ones in Istanbul.

We had breakfast every morning at the rooftop restaurant and it was superb. The staff was very professional and kind and Mustafa was wonderful representstive for the establishment. Thank you Mustafa for making our stay fantastic.

Fantastic lodging! We showed up before our room was ready so they let us shower in an open room and gave us free breakfast which was outstanding. Everyone was incredibly nice and the views from the restaurant were incredible. We will definitely be back!

Great location and great service! Had dinner and 2 complimentary breakfasts in the restaurant and they were outstanding! Mustafa and the staff were so friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The room was beautiful and the staff were amazing! Even the restaurant was just fabulous! But there was an odor from the close proximity to the river. It was awful. And the 6th floor was under the restaurant, which made it very noisy at night.

Perfect location for exploring Istanbul on foot. Travelling for work, but with a little time to explore, having such a central location enabled me to combine the two. The rooftop breakfast each morning was delicious, with friendly and helpful staff ensuring I had everything I needed. The front desk staff were also incredibly kind and helpful throughout. The room was large and comfortable. I would definitely return and highly recommend.

We had a special time here! Great location for easy access to all the main spots to see! We stayed in a room with a balcony and an indoor jet tub (room for two!) it was perfect! My brother in law arranged to have the hotel make a very special arrangement my twins and my birthday - rose bouquets and roses everywhere, a cheese and fruit and wine snack and special note! We were so surprised!

Fantastic Stay at Hotel de Reve

Hotel de Reve was a delight. The staff were incredibly —especially the breakfast and reception teams. The traditional Turkish breakfast was delicious, the room spotless and comfortable, and the location perfect for exploring Istanbul on foot. The restaurant views were simply stunning. Highly recommended!

Worth the stay

Everything was wonderful! The room was beautiful, large, comfortable beds. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The breakfast was more than we could eat. Many Turkish dishes, plus whatever we wanted. The only thing that was lacking was that the A/C was only in one area of the room and barely cooled the entire suite. We have already recommended this hotel to others and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is in an excellent location and perfect for walking around and exploring the Galata tower area . The rooms exceeded expectations . New and beautifully done . Great marble bathroom and a super cool large mirror that actually displays your tv shows in the mirror!

I never write reviews after a stay, but I am making an exception for this hotel. Even before I arrived at the property, the hotel reached out to see if there was anything they could do for me upon my arrival as well as reached out to see if I needed transportation or if I wanted them to book any excursions. There are too many people to name, but every single person I interacted with at the hotel was beyond kind, courteous, and helpful. The customer service was the best I have ever experienced at any place I have ever stayed, and trust me, I have stayed a lot of places. My room had to be the absolute cleanest room I have ever been in. And I don’t just mean upon my arrival, but every single day when housekeeping came, every detail was attended to. Sheets were cleaned, room was spotless, it was the most thorough housekeeping service I have ever experienced. I originally booked this hotel based on the reviews that continued to mention customer service as a theme , and they were not wrong. Please do yourself a favor and book this hotel if you decide to stay in Istanbul. You will be so happy that you did and if I ever return, I will be sure to come back.
