「The property itself was absolutely wonderful! It was within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant and it was a very clean, quiet and updated condo. We loved it! And would definitely go back again. Our only drawback was we had to call the management five times because our code would not work for our door. They were very prompt each time in attempting to get it corrected but it did take 5 calls. 」

「The staff was great. When I arrived it was a dog barking loudly in the room right next to me. The staff moved me to another room without a problem. The hotel was very clean BUT my only problem is the walls are super thin. I could hear everything going on in the room beside me. I had to sleep with the tv on in order to get some sleep 」

「There is MAJOR renovations happening so things are tore apart and no pool available. We did have a renovated room and it was CLEAN AND FABULOUS! Comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was not bad at all for having to work around renovations. 」

「This condo/apt was amazing. Plenty of dishes/silverware were provided. Including a coffeepot, large toaster, blender, and teapot. They even had a laundry basket, iron/ironing board, and plenty of towels. They even provided puzzles & monopoly game!」

「Staff are rude , frown and rolls their eyes if you walk by while they are mapping the floor and if you tell them that your puppies had an accident in the hallway. Staff are lacking quality customer service , they don't smile , they won't greet you hello ! Good morning . As if they are not too happy with what they are doing. Guest are like invisibles to their eyes . The hotel itself was very nice and clean , but it's about the staff customer service that plays a huge role in a customers...

「I enjoyed my stay! I did think it was a little ridiculous that the staff did not want any kids in the hot tub. The place is advertised as family friendly so kids should be able to sit in the hot tub and warm up. Overall my experience was still good and my room was clean and the price was affordable. 」
