「The room and hallways/landing were outdated, dirty and in desperate need of renovation. Mattress was poor - worthy of a skip. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Supposedly this was a DELUXE double!!! If it wasn’t for the fact we were due at a party in Dorking that evening and didn’t arrive to the hotel until 6.30pm, we would have insisted on either another room or ideally our money back and moved to another hotel.」

「Big room and good mattress only」

「Convenient location, nicely appointed room.」

「Front desk, door man, and concierge were wonderful. Staff in the bar area were very unfriendly to us. Always had to flag someone down to place an order. The singer was amazing.」

「Nice staff, with one wonderful birthday trip.」

「Not bad. Nice lobby but room and bathroom much smaller than expected. Only one chair/ space to sit part from the bed.」
