「A beautifully designed hotel in a fantastic location. The (included) breakfast has a good selection and breakfast on the balcony watching sunrise was very special. Staff were consistently helpful. The bike garage in adjacent building was a nice extra that made daily cycling so much easier」

「Aaah the mosquito Reserve…. Backs up to a bird sanctuary that grows mosquitos. Food wasn’t great…. Would encourage you to look elsewhere before you book. The view across the mosquito reserve was great over to the mountains… across the busy street is the water.」

「Xiwen in reception provided us excellent service, we felt so welcoming. All staffs from reception, in restaurant or bell attendant services are excellent. Only the sound proof of the room needs improvement, as baby’s crying in next room woke us up.」

「No WiFi in the room. Not enough hot water for shower at night.」

「Nice room, well located and very friendly staff!」

「Reception only open between 12noon and 8pm. No lift available after or before that. No hand rail on the stairs! Not disabled friendly. Our room was clean but shower door wouldn’t shut in my son’s room. Water everywhere! He also found 2 cockroaches in his room. Nowhere to put underwear etc away. Had to leave in the suitcase. There was a hanging rail for tops etc.」
