Herzliche Begrüßung! Es hat sich für mich Familiär angefühlt. Mir wurde mein Fahrrad bei meiner Ankunft reingetragen! Danach wurde mir ein Kaffee angeboten und dabei wurde mir alles vernünftig erklärt. Das Zimmer war aller erste Sahne! Smart Tv / Warm (Ende Dezember kalt) / Dusche mit Wasserdruck / Location Top / Frühstück super usw. Wir brauchen aber auch Kritik, damit das hier glaubwürdig erscheint: Minuspunkt Toilettenpapier, wenn kein BD vorhanden, dann mal den Groschen in die Hand nehmen und ins Toilettenpapier investieren. Ist natürlich meckern auf hohem Niveau. Danke das ich bei euch Hausen durfte, liebe Grüße und Feliz Navidad.

Uitstekend hotel midden in het centrum.van Alcudia. Zeer vriendelijk em gastvrij personeel. Mooie koele ruime kamer met heel goed bed en fijne badkamer. Ook ontbijt zeer uitgebreid.

Ett hotell som vi rest tillbaka till. Genuint och fina sällskapsytor utomhus. Fin rooftop med vacker vy. Trevlig personal och god frukost. Vi hade ett rum med egen terass vilket var så värt det, fantastiskt fin! Rummet kuber varit bättre städat och hade önskat schampo och balsam i duschen. Sängarna saknade bäddmadrass och var hårda.

Una estancia breve pero en un hotel muy agradable y muy céntrico. El roof top es espectacular al igual que los cócteles que se venden en el hotel. A diferencia de lo que se indica en Hoteles NO tiene piscina. El servicio y la atención exquisita.

Très bon séjour, dans le cœur de la vieille ville d'Alcudia! Le petit déjeuner était bon. Petit hic, la porte d'entrée de la chambre, dont le calfeutrage est à revoir,, aussi bien en terme de phonie que de luminosité!

Klein aber fein

Das Zimmer war zwar sehr klein, hatte aber alles was benötigt wird. Das Frühstück war großzügig und hatte alles was man morgens für einen guten Start benötigt. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend und war eher familiär. Die Lage ist mehr als zentral in der Altstadt und alles ist prima zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem: Nettes kleines Hotel, wirklich zu empfehlen und auch bei meinem nächsten Besuch mit Sicherheit in der engeren Auswahl.

Rekomenderas varmt

Ett genuint mysigt hotell beläget vackert i gamla stan. En magisk takterrass med vy över hela Alcudia. God frukost. Personalen var väldigt trevlig. Pga en sen flygresa kom vi till hotellet på natten, trots att köket var stängt ordnade de med smörgåsar, oliver och dryck för att vi skulle slippa lägga oss hungriga. Blir det en ny resa till Alcudia är detta hotellet givet.

La cama y la ducha especialmente ya que estaba muy cansada. El jabón que utilizan es espectacular. Cambiaría la parte de recepción ya que pasas por medio de las mesas y era bastante caótico todo. Incluso no se creía. El precio que tenía l habitacion y no tenían conocimiento de nuestra llegada

El hostal está bien. No hay desayuno buffet.. supongo que por el coronavirus. Pero el servicio de desayuno en el bar de abajo muy lento. Hay que dejar el coche en las afueras de la muralla. El GPS te lleva hasta el hotel pero no pueden pasar los coches.

Wonderful property! The staff here was amazing, nice and just super genuine. They really took the time to get to know their guests and make sure that you had everything you needed. The hotel is right in the middle of old town alcudia so you’re close to a lot of different restaurants and shops! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Die Dachterrassen mit Blick über Alcudia sind toll. Ansonsten hat das Haus Charme, die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert, das Personal ist freundlich und sehr bemüht.

Sehr netter Erstkontakt und Hilfe bei der Parkplatzsuche. Unkomplizierter Check-In ausserhalb der Rezeptionszeiten. Eine sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt von Alcúdia, mit einer umwerfenden Aussicht von der Dachterrasse (Schaut euch von dort den Sonnenauf- und -untergang an!). Das Frühstück war klein, aber fein. Alles frisch, auf Wunsch zubereitetes Rührei & Co. und keine Übermengen am Buffet. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Bequeme Betten und die Zimmereinrichtung entspricht genau den Fotos. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Alcúdia reisen, werden wir definitiv wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Der Kontakt vorneweg war sehr positiv. Das Personal vor Ort war eher wortkarg und langsam. Das Frühstück war recht klein und die Kellnerin hat dauernd etwas vergessen. Das Zimmer war nicht gut gereinigt, das Lokal wirkte schmuddelig. Überall Dreck und Flecken. Sehr schade, die Lage und die Aussicht ist toll. Für eine Nacht war es okay.
