「Beautiful property with lovely views from rooms and pool. Clean rooms with lots of character. Staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Short walk to the train station which connects easily to Palma and to more of the interior. Slightly limited in terms of restaurants but enough for a couple of days. 」

「Was uns im Zimmer Nr. 6 fehlte war ein Kleiderschrank. In der Ecke, wo das Sideboard steht, würde hervorragend ein Kleiderschrank passen. Das Sideboard mit Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine könnte dann unter dem Fernseher stehen. So haben wir alle unsere Kleidungen im Koffer gelassen, der dann offen im Zimmer lag. Kein schöner Anblick. Im Bad fehlt ein Handtuchhalter an der Wand, wo man 2 Handtücher hintereinander ausgebreitet zum Trocknen aufhängen kann.」

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」
