「The pool and proximity to the beach was 10/10. Made the stay here worth it. Would I stay here again? Probably not. The food was quite literally horrible. Being in a resort town 50 minutes from Palma was tough, found 3-5 good restaurants that saved us but we ordered 3 meals from the pool restaurant and 2 meals from room service and took only one bite of each. I will say we survived off the fries and the kids pasta when in a pinch. The breakfast buffet left us wanting more every morning. Staff was...

「A beautiful place with everything you need」

「Very clean Very nice staff Wonderful breakfast every morning Right on a beautiful warm water beach」

「Very friendly staff. The room is meeting the requirements of having a bed and a bathroom. I like simple hotels when I travel for leisure and this is it. Great location.」

「Xiwen in reception provided us excellent service, we felt so welcoming. All staffs from reception, in restaurant or bell attendant services are excellent. Only the sound proof of the room needs improvement, as baby’s crying in next room woke us up.」

「Very clean, good food and drinks, friendly staff. Lots of fun」

「Perfect location. Just a few minutes to beach, shops and restaurants. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. Excellent breakfast and dinner choices.」

「It was very dirty, no real way to clean your dishes. One day a crazy lady tried to brake into our room because the space is open to the public. Had a weird smell. No hot water for more than 1 shower. The club below was blasting music until 4am and we couldn’t sleep. You get what you paid for, maybe a little less.」

「Pas de petit déjeuner」

「Perfect stay. The hotel was even better than expected in terms of design and landscaping. Multiple pool options is nice and located 2 min from the beach. All the staff are all extremely kind and helpful. There is a buffet but they were able to advise with allergies. Provided a great cot and kettle when staying with baby. Highly recommend it and already planning to come back.」
