All was very good, mainly the location. The air conditioning was not the best, there were ants in our room ( but maybe because we were on the first floor), but overall we enjoyed our stay. We would book it again.

Be aware its public parking near the beach. Spend 45 minutes finding parking lot and ended up 15 minutes walk away from hotel. Beach is great! Pool OK. Overall a little old design everywhere.

The hotel was located centrally to restaurants in the area. The parking was very challenging as we were initially under the impression that there was parking on site but this was not the case, The furthest we had to park from the hotel was 0.6 miles. The town itself was safe so this was not an issue; however, it is challenging when moving luggage back and forth. Also, if there are elderly individuals traveling to this site or families with children this may be a consideration. Additionally, there is a beach towel exchange policy from 1000-1200 hours which is very limiting if heading out early daily to tour and explore other parts of the island of Mallorca.

While it’s probably time for a refurb, the location, staff and food make this a great place for a beach holiday/base. Breakfast was repetitive, but with a vast array of hot and cold options. Dinner always had a stand out special, be it veal, salmon, pork etc and a good hot and cold buffet along with friendly table service for drinks. The cooking stations are cheerful manned, and the hot food constantly replenished. The dining room is well run and never felt crowded, though occasionally you have to find a stand of plates! The pool area is pleasant, and the lawns which lead to the beach are well stocked with sunbeds. It’s lovely to get a shower when you come off the beach and not get covered in sand again! Lots of shade from mature trees too. Parking can be a bit hit n miss as so many non guests park here for access to the beautiful beach. For more privacy I can recommend the partial sea view apartments, there’s a lovely garden area in front of them which makes for a relaxing space away from the busyness of the beach. Many of the staff have been there years, it doesn’t feel like a big chain hotel.

This is my 4th time staying here! The staff are amazing. Everyone is friendly and they work tirelessly to provide an excellent service. The rooms are spacious as is the bathroom. Having a cycle shop and cycle garage next to the hotel is another benefit!

Pros:1) great beach location with a Pier 2) Great pool super clean, 3) lots of outdoor chairs Cons: 1) no real designated smoking section, just outside main door people were smoking, 2) smelly lobby, 3) no reserved parking, we have to find a spot in a construction area or on the main road, it was a difficult situation, surprised for a non urban location not to have reserved parking spots for the guests, 4) the wait staff in main dining room were not really friendly and basically were not really catering for drinks for example, however the cooks were smiling.
