The food was excellent with a huge variety of options. Staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Overall, it was the perfect mix of comfort, great service, and stunning surroundings — I’d definitely come back!」

「Wow - where to start? We had the most amazing stay at Universal Hotel Marques. First of all the location is unbelievable: the only hotel in Colonia de Sant Jordi with this prime location: sea on three sides, and the last hotel before the start of the beach (Es Coto public beach which is part of the bay with the stunning Es Trenc beach). 「Nice modern and very clean apartment. The breakfast and diner buffet was a really good value. There are so many interesting choices of restaurants at the marina a few blocks away.
My son lived the swimming pools, however most of the area is about 160 cm deep.
The location was further from my favourite beaches however close to the beach next to the port.

「It is located in a very small village, close to the main drag and beach. We were in a building next door to the main entrance. Everything was clean and modern. The buffet in the morning had something for everyone and the staff was helpful. They ordered me a taxi to Palma even though it was less then 24 hrs and handled transport. I would stay there again and loved the town.」
「We chose this hotel because it wasn't in the city (Palma). Though a 30-minute drive from the airport, it was well worth it. The property is beautiful. The rooms are very well designed and the pool was a refreshing welcome. Very peaceful. And it's a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches (highly recommend Mondrago Natural Park). There’s nothing provided in the room except towels, hair dryer and 2 glass. There’s no fridge or kettle.
I can put up with it for a 2 night stay but not more than that. The unlimited brunch which last s until 13:30 is quite scrumptious and the staff there are very friendly and the food gets refilled promptly as well. To be honest, I’m not a fan of the area situated, there’re too many people and not very clean. However, the beach promenade is pretty nice in the morning for a jog because the beach goers swamp in.
Maybe It’s just me but I think other guests (mostly German) really enjoy their stay, because there is lots of space and two outdoor pool to hang out with your friends."
