「Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr toll. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und die Angestellten ausnahmslos freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und die Klimaanlage funktionierte perfekt, fast geräuschlos.

「We chose this hotel because it wasn't in the city (Palma). Though a 30-minute drive from the airport, it was well worth it. The property is beautiful. 「Wow - where to start? We had the most amazing stay at Universal Hotel Marques. First of all the location is unbelievable: the only hotel in Colonia de Sant Jordi with this prime location: sea on three sides, and the last hotel before the start of the beach (Es Coto public beach which is part of the bay with the stunning Es Trenc beach). The room was spotless and beautifully prepared, with so many thoughtful touches. They provided a beach bag and large towels (which smelled amazing – like home!), making us feel really well looked after.
There were also different activities available for guests, which was a lovely bonus. One of the staff members even helped us send a postcard — such a kind and thoughtful gesture, we truly appreciated it.
The views were stunning, the vibe was peaceful and relaxing, and every staff member we met was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
If I had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the check-out time. We really wished we could have stayed just a little longer before leaving — that’s how much we loved being there!

"Overall I would say it's a three-four star hotels and the following are my reasons for this rating:
1) Lets begin with something positive--- the staff there were friendly and helpful.
2)It is definitely 30 seconds walking distance from the beach. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also 10mins taxi ride from the airport.
3) The wifi is extremely unstable. I had 4G and didnt bother to ask the staff to get it sorted.
4) The bathroom inside my room smells foetid. It must be because of the poor drainage sys.
5) Some hair can be found around the floor of the room.
6) The overall interior of the room seems to be worn out or not installed properly. It didn't seem to be refurbished well enough.
7) The pool is very small! Don't be deceived by the photo. (but the sea is right in front)
8) The breakfast was nice and delicious. (With a spectacular beach view) "
