「The hotel itself was pretty, and the buffet was surprisingly excellent. There’s a putt putt course there, but they don’t even turn the lights on at night. So don’t plan on using it after the sunsets. The Mexican restaurant that you have to have a reservation for isn’t really worth the time or effort. The main buffet is beautiful and has tons of options. Very family friendly. We stayed in one of the Casitas, they packed so much furniture in there you can barely move around it. 「The facilities are very dated. The shower area has no light which is quite creepy when you take shower. Ants on the table. Almost wanted to shorten my stay. But the reception staffs were nice.」

「Clean Room, and nice view, but there is a lot of sargassum in that area which we didn't know before going. There's a rooftop bar which is nice, but would be even better if they also offered snacks and food. There is no parking in front of the main door/drop off section/no car allowed so you do have to walk a small distance to get to the hotel which makes it hard to get to if you have a disability or something. Breakfast was ok.」
