Great location and service

Even though we booked super last minute, the service staff of the hotel helped us check in super quick and easy. The hotel doesnt have a reception but a good system for checking in with codes and contact via Whatsapp. A great budget option for exploring the central parts of Manacor!

It is in a beautiful old town. Parking can be tricky as you are not allowed to park in there and there is a self check out service so no staff around. However our room was being cleaned every day. It was small and cozy.

I can book a room for a person under 18 but he cannot check in. That was a problem. Easy access to the hotel via codes. Communication in spanish or english may be difficult on the phone. Provide Email contact. That worked well in my case.

I couldn't get the lockbox to work but I called & someone was very helpful in helping me get the lockbox open - the room was spacious & clean as was the bathroom - there is no elevator but it's an old building - if only there was a front desk... but the hotel contact was very accessible & helpful

Hotel muy mediocre para la puntuación y precio que aparece en los portales de reservas. Colchón y somier, almohada de muy mala calidad con olor a sudor y húmedad. Limpieza deja que desear. Habitación pequeña con cama individual cuando en internet aparecía en la foto cama grande. Ruido en los pasillos del hotel a media noche de habitaciones vecinas mal insonorizado

En general todo bien, limpieza, comodidad,…. Una habitación básica pero que si necesitas estar alojado en la zona es ideal, no necesitas más. El único inconveniente fue que el sábado después de comer fuimos a descansar a la habitación y en el primer piso parece que vive alguien y se pasaron tooooda la santa tarde con una especie de karaoke con música latina a toda castaña, tuvimos que poner la tele alta para no escuchar el escándalo y no pudimos descansar que era nuestra intención.
