「Xiwen in reception provided us excellent service, we felt so welcoming. All staffs from reception, in restaurant or bell attendant services are excellent. Only the sound proof of the room needs improvement, as baby’s crying in next room woke us up.」

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「Our favorite hotel with access to the beach! All rooms were suites so we had plenty of room. Convenience to restaurants and shopping. One evening we took a bus ride to Alcudia. Great vibe and beach dining! Lovely, safe, and quiet hotel! Lots of games and activities for kids. 2 pools and grass area with ping pong table. Enjoyed our balcony and kitchenette. Staff was helpful and informative. Gym had good options too. Beach was so much fun, low to no waves.」

Pool is perfect and lots of chairs. Beach is excellent. Note you have to pay $21 euro for 2 chairs and an umbrella with lock box on the beach. Can't say enough good things. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. Bus stop literally in front of hotel. Drinks are pricey though, but made very good. All in all...
