「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「This hotel was located in one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to. The room was gorgeous and very well kept. The location was walks by distance to Sóller and right next to a delicious wine bar and restaurant. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!! Parking is a little hard to find since it’s a smaller town and also had to walk up some steps (very minimal) to get up here depending on where you park/road you take but something to keep in mind!」

「Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und in Sachen Sauberkeit und Ambiente absolut auf Fünf-Sterne-Niveau. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Leider wurde statt des gebuchten Deluxe-Zimmers mit King-Bed und Balkon zunächst ein barrierefreies Zimmer vergeben. Dieses entsprach optisch und funktional nicht dem gebuchten Standard. Für meinen knapp zwei Meter großen Vater war dies besonders unangenehm, da weder Dusche noch Spiegel für ihn geeignet waren. Trotz sofortiger Reklamation...

「Verzorgd ontbijt, behulpzaam personeel, kamer en andere plaatsen tip top. Ik kom zeker terug! Tip: Beter met bus, trein of taxi naar hier komen. Het hotel ligt vlak bij het stationnetje en heeft geen eigen parking. Onmogelijk om dichtbij te parkeren. Gelukkig heeft Chelsea, receptionist, mij kunnen helpen.」
