「The management was not very helpful and was what I would describe as fake friendly. The servers and housekeeping staff(one and the same) were fantastic! Incredibly helpful and friendly. Management should take a cue from theses ladies. There was no bathroom in the lobby, restaurant or the pool. We had to go back to our room, very strange. 「Great suite room with excellent friendly staff. Only down side was seaweed on beaches that come and go with current but at that end of the bay is reoccurring. You can swim quickly past it to beautiful wonderful waters and long sandy beach. The buffet is AMAZING. staff was so friendly and welcoming.」

「It was a great experience, but the resort was extremely busy. It was tough to get chairs by the pool and the beach was extremely crowded. While the hotel is a beachside property it is not a private beach.」
