Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Superior Double war ruhig (abgesehen von den Kläffern auf dem Nachbargrundstück zum Sonnenauf- und -untergang) und ausreichend groß mit großem Streaming TV und sehr gutem Bett. Das hybride Frühstück war gut und auch der kleine, feine Wellnessbereich haben uns gefallen. Der Zimmerservice hatte leider 2 Mal vergessen Wasser & Kaffee nachzufüllen. Perfektes Domizil, wenn man es ruhig mag und von der Inselmitte diverse Ziele anfahren möchte - ein PKW ist ein Muß.

Beautiful remote hotel

A beautiful and luxurious hotel with stunning views, rooms, and a clean atmosphere. The pool area is lovely, and both the food and breakfast are of high quality. Housekeeping is excellent, adding to the overall upscale feel. However, the rooms are poorly soundproofed, which can be disruptive. There’s only one on-site restaurant, no room service, and limited dining options in the nearby village, so food variety is quite restricted. Service was OK.

We had a nice stay at this hotel and really enjoyed the location. It was central to many beautiful spots around Mallorca, including Formentor, Pollensa, Alcudia, and Deià. The room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities were good. Housekeeping was very thorough, and we appreciated their attention to detail. The pool was lovely and a great place to relax, just like many of the other guests were doing. The breakfast selection was very good. However, it was a bit surprising that barista-made coffee wasn’t offered, even though there was a professional machine. Guests were directed to use the self-service instant coffee machine instead, which felt a bit out of place and should be offered. There is a tennis court on site, which is a great feature, although we were surprised there was a €30 fee to rent the equipment. The service on arrival could have been warmer and more engaging, but overall we appreciated the stay and would recommend the hotel. Thank you!

Doesn’t deliver against its so called 4+ star rating. Checked in at 20.45 and was told the hotel couldn’t provide me with any food. The hotel is in a remote location, it does not provide room service, and the small restaurant (the only option) was full and couldn’t accommodate me. The restaurant needs to be booked ‘weeks in advance’, I was told. I didn’t care where I ate. After forty-five minutes and a visit to the restaurant to talk to the manager, I was told it was all a huge misunderstanding and that I could order food from the restaurant but would need to carry it to my room myself. Eventually I ordered a cheeseboard and it was agreed that somebody would bring it to my room. The room had picturesque views and a tasteful interior. However there were no tissues, no complimentary water (the hotel sent some with my cheeseboard), and horrible, poor quality self-patterned towels. The room was 29C and took around two hours to cool. The plumbing made loud noises intermittently throughout the night. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly, however service was chaotic at breakfast and by the pool. (Wrong order at breakfast.) The food though is good. Best scrambled eggs ever and an authentic tagliatelle pesto.

Pros The pool and overall views were lovely, and restaurant/poolside staff were attentive. Cons But there was no in-room service — we couldn’t get water or an ice bucket, and incorrect bathroom amenities from day one were never fixed. A bed cover left on the floor stayed untouched our entire stay. In our friends’ room, a used cleaning cloth was left on the nightstand.

Una muy agradable estadía con un excelente desayuno, comida y bebidas en la piscina y extraordinaria cena. Todo el personal muy amable y con el tiempo necesario para dedicarse a cada huésped. Únicas cosas a mejorar, siendo detallista: - faltan dos ganchos en el baño para colgar las toallas grandes (solo hay dos dentro de la cabina de la ducha) - algunos acabados del baño podrían mejorarse como la fijación de la tapa para activar el inodoro - el wifi es debil en el area de la piscina

We spent three nights at Es Figueral Nou – Hotel Boutique Rural and had a truly lovely stay. The place is beautifully quiet, spotlessly clean, and you can feel the care that has gone into every detail. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and we felt at home right away. Parking is no problem at all – there are plenty of free spaces available on the property. It’s also a great base for exploring the island – with a car, you can easily reach all parts of Mallorca from here. The only small suggestion would be to include a few more vegetarian options on the menu, but overall, everything else was fantastic. We’d definitely stay again!

Enttäuschend: Laut und wenig Erholung

Kurzfassung: Unser Aufenthalt im Es Figueral Nou war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Das gebuchte Superior Zimmer mit Terrasse bot entgegen der Beschreibung keinen „Blick auf den Bauernhof“, sondern auf den Parkplatz. Die Terrasse war zudem für jedermann zugänglich – fremde Gäste machten dort sogar Fotos. Auch das Zimmer-Upgrade in eine Junior Suite brachte keine Besserung: Lärmbelästigung durch hellhörige Zimmer, der vor dem Hotel liegenden Schnellstraße, und einem dauerhaft laufenden Generator, verbranntes Essen und ein mageres Frühstücksangebot machten jegliche Erholung unmöglich. Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden war der Umgang des Managements sowohl vor Ort als auch nach unserer Abreise enttäuschend. Wir hatten die Erwartung, das zu bekommen, was auf den Fotos versprochen wurde - ein Paradies der Ruhe auf hohem Niveau mit einem tollen Blick. Bei dieser Erwartungshaltung wurden wir leider bitter enttäuscht.
