「Everything was great. The food was delicious with a nice variety. Our room was clean and spacious. There were plenty of activities for the kids. The swimming pools were clean and had warm water for the kids. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back.」

「It's a nice hotel with a good location which nears Pollenca and Alcudia. We enjoyed the private terrace. The meals were rich. One small shortcoming was that the cleaning of bathroom needed to be improved.」

「De ansatte var hyggelige, gikk fort å sjekke inn. Ingen skjulte kostnader. Renholds personellet gjorde en fantastisk jobb hele oppholde, alle dager. Uteområdet var kjempe bra for barna. Badevakta var fantastisk, hun gjorde seg til kjenne med barna, la frem badeleker, ringer og vester etc. Slik at alle skulle få en fin badeopplevelse. Litt minus at glass, fat og bestikk på rommet ikke ble skiftet under renhold. Dette må man sikkert be om på forhånd... Slik var det også på de andre hotellene vi...

「Overall fantastic experience. We have stayed in multiple locations such as Dubai, Turkey and USA. In terms of value for money this was by far the best. The food was very tasty and lots of healthy options. The room and 24hr cafe was great too. Very clean and modern. Even the private beach was perfect as not to many people and its not to much of a walk from the hotel. I will be staying here again in future. One slide downside would be gym could be made bigger and the spa is not that great. 」

「Great location. Great staff and great Cocktails. One of the cleanest hotel we have stayed in in Europe. The beds are very comfortable and I loved the choice of pillows. Our room had a lovely strong powerful shower. The spa bath in our room took 5 attempts to get started and because the plug was loose it drained within 5 minutes. The bathroom tapware could do with updating or the washers changing as it was nearly impossible to turn them fully off, I was worried about wasting an awful amount of...

「Preis-Leistung find ich echt in Ordnung. Wie in den Bewertungen schon diverse Male geschrieben, bräuchten die Zimmer dringend eine Renovierung. Aber es war alles sauber und funktional. Die Anlage ist schön und perfekt mit Kindern. Die Tische am Pool, Schirmständer und die Liegengestelle sollten aber dringend abends abgewischt werden. Das war teilweise echt eklig. Das Essen war dem Preis auch mehr als angemessen. Es war abwechslungsreich und lecker. 」

「Gutes Hotel. Zum Strand ist es etwa 400-500 Meter was gut machbar. Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und Zimmer auch gut. Essen gute Auswahl. Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Hotel gut. Hinterm Hotel ist uns leider der Wagen beschädigt worden in der Nacht. Dort ist es nicht so gut beleuchtet. Also am besten vor dem Eingang an der Straße parken. 」

「We had a lovely stay here and the majority of the staff especially the bar and entertainment staff were excellent - unfortunately had a poor welcome to the hotel arriving very late in the early hours of the morning due to a flight delay. We had no help with our bags, couldn’t find our room and we’re not able to get milk for our toddler. Rest of the trip was brilliant though, pool and beach are great and all the family activities and entertainment made the holiday especially for our 4 year old. 」

「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel. L’hôtel est propre, une femme de ménage nettoie les chambres et la douche et toilettes tous les jours. Une location de voitures est nécessaire si l’on veut vraiment découvrir toutes les régions de l’île, comme nous l’avons fait. Je recommande cet établissement pour une famille avec enfants ou sans car il y a des activités pour tous.」

「All was good. Very friendly people. Hotel's restaurant is very spacious with very quick and efficient staff. Food was as expected. Hotel holds 4 stars, but would say it is 3 star plus. The reason is bathroom is out of date, WiFi speed is bad plus you have to pay for it. There is 1h free per day but it is useless. In my opinion if you sell Internet, make sure it has no issues. All in all was satisfying 」
