「Wir haben das Apartment zum Selbstversorgen gebucht. Das bedeutet wir haben täglich gekocht. Zu diesem Zweck ist die Küchenausststtung leider nicht ausreichend. Es gab z.B. keine Schere, nur einen Topf mit Deckel, nur 2 Kochplatten, keinen Ofen, usw. kann man mit leben ist aber nicht gut. Das Apartment selbst ist schön eingerichtet und für sich genommen in Ordnung, allerdings hatten wir mit unserem eventuell Pech. 「Ik ben zeer tevreden over mijn verblijf in dit hotel. Alles was schoon en goed verzorgd. De service was uitstekend en het personeel was vriendelijk en professioneel. Vooral de medewerker bij de receptie was zeer behulpzaam, gastvrij en respectvol. Het ontbijt en het diner waren heerlijk, met een ruime keuze aan smakelijke gerechten. De kamers waren schoon en comfortabel, en ook het zwembad was netjes onderhouden. Ik kan dit hotel van harte aanbevelen en kom graag nog eens terug.」

「Wunderbar. Sehr saubere Zimmer und täglicher Zimmerservice. Wir hatten Halbpension und die Auswahl an Gerichten war fantastisch. Sehr vielseitig und qualitativ. Gym auch super eingerichtet. Der Pool ist wirklich super und bietet viel Platz (Liegen sind genügend da, zumindest im Juni). Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Klare Empfehlung und würden aufjedenfall wiederkommen!」

「We were upgraded, but the apartment was very large, clean and well-equipped. The only issue was with Expedia’s check-in instructions, which were to do this at their sister hotel a short distance away. Unable to do as instructed by Expedia, we rang the helpline to find out that check in is done at the apartments. Once this was established, all was well - and the person on the helpline was very professional」

「I just wanna start by saying how extremely disappointed I was about this week extended our trip in Majorca for an additional two days specifically to come up to Alcudia, and this was the worst part of our trip of a two week vacation and to end the trip.
