Great apartments with excellent facilities. Two good sized pools, lovely complex. Staff were super friendly. The apartments are in an excellent location, close to the beach, main bus route and there is ample parking if you choose to have a car. Will definitely be staying here again.

We loved our stay here, staff were friendly, it was a great location with a nice walk to the beach and the studio we stayed in was lovely. Outside area was also great with lots of places to lay around the pool. Our only tiny negative was a humming noise inside the studio throughout the night which was a little annoying but we were told it always happens, otherwise everything perfect!

The good things: Great location ( beach, other hotels, transport) Safe Plenty of parking Clean The room has basic necessities Room tidy-up every 2 days We were not so happy with: Only 1 member of staff was friendly, others were borderline rude and not helpful at all. Coffee machine in the room uses capsules that are not being sold at the hotel. The last thing we wanted in the morning was to run around the neighbourhood in search of the supermarket that sold coffee capsules. There is no dish soap or a sponge to do dishes. There is not even salt or pepper.

Lovely apartment off the main area of restaurants so really nice, quiet and relaxed. Whilst still only being a short walk away. Apartment was lovely, m beds comfy, clean. Had all the amenities we needed.

We weren’t happy with our room. We complained to reception and she was not interested to help or change our room The cleaners were noisy most mornings and we had our beds changed and room cleaned once in 7 days

Due to delay at the airport, we arrived by night. They gave us our key but nothing more on information. There isn’t a map in the room with information about the hotel, the area, emergency numbers. House keeping is not every day. Lots of woodlice in the room

Great accommodation and location. Let down by poor communication by the administrative staff. Our requests for an iron and an electric fan were met with indifference. Never got that help. In addition, being charged for a key safe for valuables was a new experience. It is normally an integral part of the service. Never been charged for that until now. However, all-in-all we considered that the apartment was a real gem with all good facilities including the swimming pool.

Leider war das Zimmer nicht besonders sauber. Auf dem Boden im Bad lagen noch Fake-Wimpern der vorherigen Bewohner, was sehr offensichtlich war und nicht den Eindruck einer sorgfältigen Reinigung vermittelte. Auch das Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig, unter dem Bett befanden sich Wollmäuse und insgesamt wirkte die Reinigung nicht ordentlich. Zudem war nicht einmal ein Schneidebrett vorhanden. Auserdem kommt man scheinbar mit dem Zimmer Schlüssel in jedes Zimmer was nicht den Eindruck erweckt man könnte seine Wertsachen dort lassen auch wenn es einen kleinen Safe gab. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt zwar in Ordnung, aber für den Preis würde ich die Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen.

Funciono muy bien la comunicación en la entrada, tu llamas al teléfono y te asisten hasta que estés dentro de la habitación, después los accesos son el chip (lkaque te facilita todo todo opera con chip y la habitación que era la basica , estuvo muy bien , espaciosa , baño , living y dormitorio y terraza con vista a la montaña.

Estoy esperando tener unos días más para vover a este sitio. Los empleados amabilísimos, en especial Xisco, un amor de persona. Y en general todos ellos. A 5 min de la playa pero con unas piscinas perfectas para mantener los niños a raya.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit schönem großen Balkon. Der Pool war nicht sehr groß und vor allem von Kindern komplett in Beschlag genommen. Aber der Strand ist ja nicht weit.

Flott og relativt nyoppusset hotell. Likte spesielt godt at det ikke var så stort og overfylt som det fort kan bli på hotell. Veldig vennlig betjening som alltid hilste og var service minded. Området var stille og rolig, og det var lett å få parkering.
