Ideelt sted for lidt ro i nogle dage.

The hotel had everything we needed. It was beautifully kept, no area ever felt too busy. The gym was small but had what was needed and was never full. The staff were so kind, welcoming and accommodating to any request. Including extra time in the room before check out and assistance when our hire car broke down. The breakfast was fantastic as well as the lunch menu.

The property and staff were amazing, 5 stars. The mountain view room double was a joke, I felt like I was at a 3 star hotel and expected upgraded amenities for paying 550 a night. There was a small window, room was tiny and bathroom was small and normal aesthetics.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Puerto Pollensa. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants and local amenities. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good selection and the quality of the food and drinks was very good. The restaurant and bar staff provided excellent service. Our only criticism was that our initial room (401) was extremely small and not what we expected. However, after speaking with reception, we were moved to room 405, which was much more comfortable and made a significant difference to our stay. Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location with excellent staff, and we would happily return.

Rooms were very clean, the staff were all fantastic. The breakfast was terrific, so hard to make a choice because everything was so good. The position is brilliant for us as we do not like being right in the heart of everything and after dinner it gave us a short walk back to the hotel. We would always opt for the sea view, we really couldnt fault any of it. This is our second time at the hotel and have recommended it to lots of our friends who have all loved it. Fantstic for a walk or run along the beach in the mornings, cycling is safe and lots of places to go. We even did a hike to Cala Sant Vincen this time which was well worth the climb.
