"Nice modern clean room, good location in a central area but never heard any noise. Large outdoor pool with bar area and smaller indoor bar for the evening, all facilities and main areas were clean and fresh. Staff friendly & helpful. Can't comment on the food but seemed popular."

"We had a wonderful stay in a family room with a pool view. The property was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the activities were great fun for the whole family. The staff were all very friendly, but we want to give a special mention to Jessy. She did an amazing job and always kept our room perfectly clean and organized. It was such a pleasure to come back to a tidy room every day! Highly recommended for a perfect family holiday!"

"The hotel has a nice modern design and everything looks new and well maintained. The bedroom was stylish and comfortable overall, although the double bed was quite uncomfortable for two people sharing. The mattress was unstable, so whenever one person moved, the other moved too. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during our stay and the room became very hot at night. We could not leave the windows open because of loud live music in the hotel courtyard. When we raised the issue, staff explained that the hotel system could only run either heating or air conditioning while they were transitioning between the two systems, and we were offered a fan instead. The gym is excellent and the views are very nice. Food was average — some items, like the croquetas, were served frozen, and a couple of our drinks never arrived. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, professional, and well trained throughout our stay. The kids club was the highlight of the trip, and Jen was fantastic with the children."

"A wonderful hotel about a 4 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast and dinner options were plentiful and extremely tasty. The staff were beyond helpful and always did everything with a smile. I would 10000% recommend it and would go back without a doubt. There is a boardwalk where you can book excursions from on the beach "

"Beautiful property! Food and drinks were great, particularly great cocktails! Biggest feedback is that there should be more adult only areas. Fine if you’re a family but not great if you’re travelling as a couple, no bar, dining or pool areas without kids"

"Great staff throughout the hotel, the food was decent with a good choice. The room was clean and the bed comfy, the room would benefit from a coffee machine. The bike facilites are basic but ok."
