「Location was good, staff did not honor rewards until it was demanded. The hold fee of $250 was actually charged to my card, not a hold. The extra fees were not disclosed, the hotel fee of $60 was not included in the Expedia package. My guest wasn’t happy with her treatment. Will not look at staying here again」

「The pictures were nothing close to what the room looked like. It was awful. There were 3 of us and we didn’t even fit in the room with our luggage. The beds were disgusting and the bathroom even worse. The one positive was the staff and manager. They were so kind, helpful, and understanding. They couldn’t have been better, truly a class act.」

Restaurant on the hotel property was only open from Thursday to Sunday I believe and I unfortunately didn’t stay on those days so I had to leave the resort everyday to eat. 「I did not like that they do not sweep and mop the floors in the hotel room being that we’re in and out the rooms back n forth to the beach and pools. My feet were so dirty in the room and i had to wear socks but even so, my socks got dirty. They did not come into our room for 2 days and we had no new bath towels; my husband had to drop off all the dirty towels in the hamper. They do not have enough hooks to hang up towels etc. The room smelled like mold and there was mold behind the bathroom...
