「the eggs/meat/potatoes were cold 2of 3 days」

「We were able to walk across the street with police escort to the baseball stadium - great location! The room was nice and clean although we did not have maid service following the 3 nights we were there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, The breakfast bar offered a lot of choices and was kept clean and stocked.」

「Obviously it is an older hotel that has been renovated, but it has been nicely done.」

「It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. 」

「We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.」

「The rooms were clean and everyone was attentive. The only thing is that you just have to make sure you let the front desk know that you want your room cleaned every day in the morning.」

「Wonderful property. All the added details were so sweet.」

「The A/C worked well and was quiet. The beds are very uncomfortable. Our toilet lever didn't work. We unpacked and pulled out the couch bed, got all situated before we discovered the toilet. Since it was a Sunday, there was no maintenance available to fix it. The only remedy was to change rooms, which they offered. But, with 3 small kids and already all unpacked and one kid was asleep on the bed, we stayed. Had to take off the top of the back of the stool and put out hand in the water to manually...

「This hotel smells like cigarettes and stale beer. Not just our rooms but all of the rooms and hallways. Disgusting. Needs to be renovated more than any marriott hotel on planet earth. The interior of the hotel and rooms are also so tired and worn out- at least 25 years of heavy use. Could not recommend less. Bummer. Nice staff though!」

「The first room did not appear to be completly clean and was not in great shape as the floor was damaged, the deadbolt was stuck open so the door wouldn't shut, and it needed a fresh coat of paint etc. I alerted the staff and was immediately moved to a room on the second level that was the same room but in much better shape. This process was relatively painless, and the rest of the stay was very positive. The hotel is in a good location and close to a lot of bars and restaurants, all walkable. I...

「This hotel has really gone down hill. Rooms are just average, really dated, and need of repair. Bar and restaurant staff were good and provided good service. The front desk staff seems annoyed you are staying with them. We’ve probably stayed here 10 times, it’s time to find something different.」
