「The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.」

「Darren checked us in when we arrived late after a 5 hour drive. He was so helpful with the pet fee since our pets are registered support animals, and we stay at this hotel while traveling to University of Florida for our dog's cancer treatments. It made us feel so welcome and taken care of while dealing with a stressful time. Darren even checked in on us when we got to our room via text to make sure everything was okay. He was a true pleasure to work with!」

「The staff was very polite. I only saw a couple bugs but the shower faucet needs to be replaced. It shoots out everywhere and then leaks into the room a tad. The bathroom door is also messed up because of that and is hard to shut. 」

「The staff of the hotel was very nice and helped me arrange a cab immediately to pick me up from the hotel to the airport to catch the flight in time, when the pick-up service I ordered online was not delivered to me at the end without any notice even after 40 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. 「The facility met all expectations as a basic, older, roadside motel in a small, rural town, run by a family who lives next to property. It was clean, but furniture and interior spaces are dated and worn. It served the purpose of an overnight stay prior to a kayak trip the next day. Staff was friendly, ice machine worked, water was hot NOT fancy, but served the purpose, given the reasonable price point. 」
