「Excellent customer service from all the staff. Meals were thoughtfully curated. Beach view was something we looked forward ti each day we were there. Very quiet. Neighbouring beaches are within short walks or a shuttle.」

「Rooms were small but very clean and comfortable for our stay.」

「I loved my stay and the room I was in! Literally ocean front room. I was very happy with everything. Thank you so much!!!」

「We had a wonderful experience at Kai Tulum! Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach and sea were clean, beautiful, and warm — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean. Another big advantage was the nearby Maya archaeological museum, which made the experience even more special for us. The location was excellent, and everything met our expectations. We would definitely recommend Kai Tulum to anyone visiting the area!」

「Beautiful location, clean modern rooms, ocean front pool and staff super helpful. The hotel electricity is run with a generator so no hair dryers, mini fridges and some rooms do not have aircon. But if you are looking for an authentic beach hut experience this is for you. Be sure to bring insect repellant.」

「The Grand Suite is lovely and the staff responded quickly to communication. It was not exactly what I expected as the description shows “private pool” and “private hot tub”. There was no hot tub. The plunge pool was chilly (not a bad thing as it was very warm outside) but as it was located on the first floor, it was very visible from the windows of the surrounding housing units and from the windows of the upper level rooms. So, no skinny dipping or sunbathing as it’s maybe not public but it is...

「Staff was very friendly from the beginning. A very customer forward resort. Restaurants and food was very good and rooms were always clean. Lots of activities to do everyday and the personal concierge was really helpful. I would definitely come back again. This is perfect for couples.」

「The pool was great as were the staff.」

「Check in process was smooth. Friendly staff and helpful. Never expected a much bigger apartment wuth a TV with netflix/youtube kitchen and fridge and microwave. Sooo much better than the hotel. 2 bedrooms with two beds and 1 king bed on the other room with uts own full bathroom. There is also washer and dryer which is very convenient if you enjoy the water everyday. There is also a rooftop infinity pool that is only around 3 ft deep which is perfect for my kids that do not need floaties....

「The water sink is stifled, not hot water. We have to switch to another room in the morning for shower. No hair dryer as well. Worst hotel experience ever!」

「The house was very stylish and comfortable. We had no issue with any of the facilities. In a very quiet location.」
