「A simple hotel that was clean and provided a basic place to stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. No elevator so if you on the second floor with bags it’s a bit of effort though the staff does help you. Basic food is available on the street close by but nothing in the hotel itself. If you need a basic place to stay this property is fine and cost effective.」

「We found this gem hideaway in Tulum on the way down after spontaneously bolting from a prepaid all inclusive in CUN. The property is lovely, mellow, the staff is super kind & helpful, the room was amazing. The restaurant on premises was great, service was exceptional all around. Then there is the ART! Wow, I just loved the whole experience. I can't wait to get back to Art Village! 」

「Room clean, a/c was good. We were on the ground floor so back door lead to private jungle with a hammock. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Limited parking so get there early if your driving but they will direct you to close alternative parking spots if needed. Overall 9/10. Very cool place. 」
