「I had the best experience staying in this hotel. The staff were all super friendly - the best host was Frank at the front desk. He did absolutely everything possible to make sure we had a great stay. He was always willing to help out with anything I needed or any questions I had about the city. They were so thoughtful to even upgrade our room before we arrived! The restaurant at the property had the best fish tacos! 」

「Hotel is round 25 minutes of walking from ruines, even though it is a bit far from downtown Tulum, but suits our purpose well. Staff and condition of property is excellent. 」

「I was so happy with the room, which was large and clean, the grounds, beautifully taken care of, and people working every day on the grounds and pool, the rooftop terrace, where I witnessed several beautiful sunsets, got some sun, and took a cool dip in one of the four small pools.
