"Loved that this place was so spacious and beautiful! There wasn't too many front desk staff but the pool and lighting was great! I loved how the rooms came with washer/dryer, a full kitchen and a stove top. My friends and I got a pool on top of ours and it was beautiful! "

"Absolutely lovely little place would recommend to anyone heading to Tulum to use this property there's a huge beach one side a short walk away and another further up by jaguar park with the myan ruins. Tye first one is closer tho and still has plenty to offer. Loved our stay. "

"This is a privately owned apartment in a development that is finishing being built. So things may not work and that’s likely because it’s not fully ready. For instance I had a lot of luggage as I just finished leading a retreat and the property doesn’t have elevators, luckily a property security guard carried my bags up and down for me. In the unit, the back door to the jacuzzi doesn’t open so you can’t use the jacuzzi, the lights in the apartment in the ceiling fan won’t turn off so you have to sleep with the lights on, the blanket wasn’t warm enough and it took 6 hours for me to get checked because you need the owner of the unit to give you the unit number. The not being able to check in led me to having a panic attack as I was worried I’d have no where to sleep. I think I was the first guest here, and I believe this will improve over time. The property where the apartment is in is gorgeous and it has a lovely gym and rooftop pool, it’s walkable or bikable to the gym, but I opted for an ATV. I recommend this place when the construction is done and when the unit owners communicate more so you don’t feel like you’re being scammed. "
