We were 3 people and didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment because we wanted the one that had the private hot tub in the balcony which only had one bedroom and when we got in the place to be able to relax the hot tub was dirty and broken and I told them and they wouldn’t send anybody to come fix it. Also the dishes were dirty and the sink in the kitchen barely had water to wash dishes, the water in the shower was like salt water terrible, and no where to find...

「Amansala is a beautiful hotel with great staff, awesome beach club, and lovely rooms and ambience. Although, it is noisy! We were woken up each morning to grunting and barking and coaching from the retreat classes over a microphone that echoed throughout the hotel grounds. So, if you are booking a room here as a non-retreat guest, beware. There was also frequent construction going on behind our room. All this to say it was a beautiful place to stay, the main downside was the noise. 」
