「Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and...

「Excellent customer service from all the staff. Meals were thoughtfully curated. Beach view was something we looked forward ti each day we were there. Very quiet. Neighbouring beaches are within short walks or a shuttle.」

「Sobre este hotel no puedo escribir mucho, fuimos reubicados en otro hotel,」

「Rooms were small but very clean and comfortable for our stay.」

「I loved my stay and the room I was in! Literally ocean front room. I was very happy with everything. Thank you so much!!!」

「近公园，但是我没时间去了。房间设施不错，就是缺少水杯。服务态度好，非常有特色，但是这么热的天气没有空调，开风扇吹风又头疼，关掉又热，而且有蚊子、蚂蚁，我没睡好觉啊！」

「The Grand Suite is lovely and the staff responded quickly to communication. It was not exactly what I expected as the description shows “private pool” and “private hot tub”. There was no hot tub. The plunge pool was chilly (not a bad thing as it was very warm outside) but as it was located on the first floor, it was very visible from the windows of the surrounding housing units and from the windows of the upper level rooms. So, no skinny dipping or sunbathing as it’s maybe not public but it is...

「El lugar esta muy limpio, bonito, cumple su propósito.」

「Beautiful location, beach and property, but on arrival received attitude from the reception lady and unfortunately every single time it got worse. It's obvious she does not like her job and it's unfortunate to deal with such personality everyday when she is the first person to go for anything you need. Servers were so sweet and helpful. The rooms were so clean and well maintained but I wish I could tell the same for public beach washrooms they were SO dirty(when the managers showed up at the...

「The pool was great as were the staff.」

「Check in process was smooth. Friendly staff and helpful. Never expected a much bigger apartment wuth a TV with netflix/youtube kitchen and fridge and microwave. Sooo much better than the hotel. 2 bedrooms with two beds and 1 king bed on the other room with uts own full bathroom. There is also washer and dryer which is very convenient if you enjoy the water everyday. There is also a rooftop infinity pool that is only around 3 ft deep which is perfect for my kids that do not need floaties....

「Great stay at La Reserva Tulum. The interiors are beautiful — serene, elegant and thoughtfully designed. The pool area is stunning. A lovely place to relax and unwind.」

「The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They reached out about a month in advance to assist in planning something special as we were traveling for my husband’s 50th birthday. It’s located right on the beach and even if you don’t have an ocean view you can hear the sounds of the waves crashing as you relax in the room. The food was absolutely delicious. The only thing is the restaurant was not open at 8 for breakfast. So just be aware of that if you are in a rush in the...

「Lo único que no me gustó fue que ni tenían repelente en recepción ni en la habitación y hay desmasiado mosquito」
