「We loved our stay at Villa Pescadores! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Thank you Vic, Bani, Francisco, David, Leo, Miguel, Ezequiel, and many more smiling faces whose name I didn’t catch. The location was peaceful and absolutely stunning. We rented e-bikes on the days we wanted to check out other areas in Tulum. Overall the perfect trip!」

「We loved the hotel's location in the National Park and on the beach. The restaurant was delicious, the staff were helpful, everything was great. We loved the free breakfast! They gave us bikes to use and we were able to visit other hotels for dinner each night and feel safe doing so. We walked to the ruins and took the electric shuttles. The only things we'd have changed was to have the bar and/or restaurant open later so we could grab apps or drinks in the evenings. We were also quite confused...

「Upon arrival, all of the stuff was super sweet. I was traveling solo and since I already had a bad experience with the prior to hotel services, it was refreshing to receive service like Astral. Staff ALWAYS checked up on me to see if I needed anything from food to cleaning to small chats. Everyone was super kind. The room was clean, and there was hot water, the views from the bubble were incredible at night except maybe they could be power washed just a little to clean the debris from the trees...

「I was blown away with our stay in a treehouse suite. The structure is so unique, the views are amazing and having an outdoor yet enclosed shower is spiritual. I thought this resort would be more eco-friendly, in the sense, AC, electricity and water would be limited, however we still had all the comforts with the best experience. Thank you Ikal. The day beds on the beach, the pool, volleyball court and kids jungle gym were great additions. I didn't partake in the free yoga but looked expertly...

「Great amenities and close to beach/supermarket Most communication thru Expedia portal went unanswered. Recommend direct communication with hotel staff by phone. Lovely pool and roof deck. No hot water in kitchen sink went unaddressed for entire stay. Very basic kitchen setup. 」

「Everyone was so pleasant! The breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt and some additional items were delicious. I enjoyed the social hour and took the opportunity to talk to a couple of people. Jose and another concierge made perfect recommendations for excursions.」

「No complimentary waters or anything You pay extra for the rooftop pool but the pool itself needs maintenance - the tiles were falling apart and nearly cut myself a few times. Not sure why you pay extra for pool access which should surely be available to all guests who stay at the hotel. Location is ok but taxis will often try and charge you whatever price they want so be prepared for that as there aren’t many things in walking distance 」
