Google Maps had me trying to access the property from a side street which caused me 45 minutes of frustration between potholes and one way streets...i called the hotel to find the property is accessed via the main street and the signage is quite limited in size and position behind a cluster of palm trees, so you need to look hard to find it...friendly staff convenient location...

We loved our stay. Rich and staff was delightful. We felt like we stayed with family. Had questions to Rich before we arrived and he answered very promptly. We will come back for sure!

Just spent a week at Teetotum with our 10 year old son and we all really enjoyed staying at this hotel, The staff were all so friendly &the freshly cooked wonderful. After a day visiting the sites , beach, cenotes or Xel Ha park this was the perfect hotel to return to and chill in the courtyard , small pool and bar. It has a cool chilled out vibe where we felt perfectly at home

Unique, raw, simple and colorful design. Super fresh food and healthy options. Their staff is sooo sweet and friendly. Our bed was super comfy, amazing hot shower. Great working air conditioning. My only complaint was on our very first night, a local cat sat right outside our window meowing constantly, loudly, all night long, and it kept us up all night. Thankfully the rest of the nights it was gone and we slept great! My boyfriend was bummed there was no TV in the room because he likes to fall asleep with the TV on. But personally I was glad there was no TV! :-) Still an amazing stay and we will return!

Cooles Hotel mit fairen Preisen und gutem Service

Das war ein absolut hervorragender Aufenthalt im Teetotum Hotel! Die Lage am Rand von Tulum Downtown ist sehr gut, man kommt schnell in die Stadt zum einkaufen uns essen gehen, ist aber auch direkt an der Straße die zum Strand führt. Mit den Fahrrädern vom Hotel kann man super zum Strand oder zu den Ruinen fahren (ca. 30 - 45 Minuten Fahrzeit). Der Host und das Personal waren sehr freundlich, man konnte uns bei all unseren Fragen gut weiterhelfen. Im Hotel gibt es auch ein Restaurant und eine Bar, wo wir gerne noch abends etwas gegessen und einen Mojito getrunken haben. Sehr empfehlenswert!

had a great time staying at this hotel - owner and staff went above and beyond. rooms were spacious and food was delicious. they were so accommodating to us in every way possible. we will definitely stay again!

Richard is the best!

I have to admit, the rain put a damper on my weekend getaway, but Richard (owner) was such a lovely host. He goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The food at the restaurant was great and I loved my room. Would definitely go back!
