The property is beautiful and the hotel strikes the perfect balance of spotlessly clean without taking you out of the jungle. 「This is an amazing place to stay. I would stay again for sure. Very nice beach and you can take the electric car to go to the ruins. The only thing to keep in mind is that getting in and out of the hotel requires ordering a taxi from the hotel since they don't let anyone in and out of the park where the hotel is located. 「New hotel, very clean and family friendly. The lobby was initially hard to find (driver had to pull under ramp and signs were lacking). Easy check in and hotel responded several times to answer questions and confirm room prior to arrival. We loved the pool area and the restaurant. We had dinner (the best pizza) and drinks (try meztcalita) Excellent food, drinks, and service. Bed was on the harder side, but pillows were great!」
