This little boutique hotel was exactly what I was looking for. I was greeted warmly by the staff and walking into the courtyard was calming and quiet. The pool is lovely, as were both the cafe style seating area and the comfy visiting area. Great value.

Great spot in town! The garden offers a beautiful place to chill while still being close to all the fun parts of town. I split my trip with a few days in town, and a few days on the beach and enjoyed my time in town more! It is so easy to get to the beach and extremely affordable to use the public beach or find a beach club that is less of a scene.

The staff was amazing. The location is near all the restaurants and the one adjoining the property was fantastic. The rooms are small but have everything that you need to enjoy the beautiful Pueblo. We highly recommend this spot if you are looking to see all the things Tulum has to offer.

Last minute booking allowed us to get the Presidential suite for a bargain. Nice private rooftop hot tub, but unfortunately it was not hot. Great restaurant right next door. So good we ate there twice in twi days.

Pacha Tulum had everything I needed for my stay in Tulum. Staff were always friendly and helpful and it was nice and quiet at night. The room was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. There is a bike rental place next door to the hotel if you want to rent a bike.

Everything was great the staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant beside it was really good, we went multiple times. There is a convenience store next to it and a grocery store across the street. The public transportation stop is also very close and downtown is only a few blocks away. I didn’t love the smoking in the courtyard, we could smell it from our room, but there are lots of cats and kittens around which was sweet

The staff is really nice and accommodating. The property is nice, quiet and safe. It is in the heart of Tulum so everything around was easily accessible. I just had mosquitoes and wet floor that caused me a little bit of inconvenience which was nicely handled by the whole staff. I appreciate their service, hence i enjoyed my stay at Pacha!

It was a very convenient location- I was able to easily access everything I needed on my first day in Mexico. I got lots of good advice from the staff and they made sure I was looked after. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed, and it was quiet at night. Highly recommend!

We loved the tropical garden and the cozy atmosphere of the place. The guys at the recepcion are very friendly and we loved so much the Suite President with the private terrace with the cute little pool to enjoy after a hot day! We'll be back here, thanks for everything!
