「This is an amazing place to stay. I would stay again for sure. Very nice beach and you can take the electric car to go to the ruins. The only thing to keep in mind is that getting in and out of the hotel requires ordering a taxi from the hotel since they don't let anyone in and out of the park where the hotel is located. 「Upon arrival, all of the stuff was super sweet. I was traveling solo and since I already had a bad experience with the prior to hotel services, it was refreshing to receive service like Astral. Staff ALWAYS checked up on me to see if I needed anything from food to cleaning to small chats. Everyone was super kind. The room was clean, and there was hot water, the views from the bubble were incredible at night except maybe they could be power washed just a little to clean the debris from the trees...

Easy check in and hotel responded several times to answer questions and confirm room prior to arrival. We loved the pool area and the restaurant. We had dinner (the best pizza) and drinks (try meztcalita) Excellent food, drinks, and service. Bed was on the harder side, but pillows were great!」
