「I really like going to Sian Ka’an because it is fairly quiet and you can eat dinner at a wide variety of à la carte restaurants each nights. You also have full access to the other three resorts. Had a try relaxing, wonderful time.」

「The hotel itself was decent. We only booked for 1 day stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We arrived at 12:30 but check in time was 3pm so we did wait for about 45mins to get into our room. The area around the hotel seems as though it’s a developing area, it was pretty dirty and seems like it was a local community, with loose dogs running around. The room overall was nice and clean despite the shower. The chrome in the shower head and sink were eroded and rusty. I tried to clean it...

「Bahia Principe Grand Tulum was a beautiful resort to stay, we upgraded our room and the only issue was we couldnt use the jet tub since the drain plug wasnt working and a door issue which they fixed promptly. It is a very large resort so any room requests such as towels, water typically didnt happen when requested.
