「The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The Breakfast was excellent. We liked spending the evening relaxing at the pool. It is very close to Tolum. Parking is on the street.」

「No complimentary waters or anything You pay extra for the rooftop pool but the pool itself needs maintenance - the tiles were falling apart and nearly cut myself a few times. Not sure why you pay extra for pool access which should surely be available to all guests who stay at the hotel. Location is ok but taxis will often try and charge you whatever price they want so be prepared for that as there aren’t many things in walking distance 」

「The staff at Moxy made the stay the most enjoyable part of the trip, everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The bikes provided were okay, but not the most comfortable for getting around. I’d definitely recommend renting a moped through Dias-Mex Scooter Rentals instead.
