He did absolutely everything possible to make sure we had a great stay. He was always willing to help out with anything I needed or any questions I had about the city. They were so thoughtful to even upgrade our room before we arrived! The restaurant at the property had the best fish tacos! 」

Hotel is located in the tulum village therefore, its a good 15-20 from tulum beach where the clubs , resort , bar etc is located on that strip . To get around you can rent a scooter , bike or ATV at the front desk . Or call a taxi . Front desk can help you with that easily with a quick call or text . The village does have little shops, restaurants etc you can visit too aswell which isn’t far from the hotel . The hotel...
