The room was amazing and just steps from the water. Miguel and the crew at the restaurant took amazing care of us and prepared some of the best meals we had on our trip. We could not have asked for a better place to relax at the end of our vacation.

It's worth coming just for the surroundings: nature, beautiful beaches, a clean, well-maintained facility, and beautiful views. The downside was the very unpleasant smell coming from the cottages, making it difficult to sleep. The biggest problem was the restaurant and the service, especially one waiter who made a fuss about our tip being too low. It was stressful! This kind of behavior ruins the overall impression and opinion of the hotel, and especially the quality of the facility.

Tough to review because the grounds are stunning. Some of the staff are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed. I had some great moments and some terrible ones so it’s a real mixed bag. They provide great grounds, the beach is amazing and it’s a good value for being in the park it felt like a once in a lifetime exp for sure. I loved it. So fun. The artwork is stunning, but the room was bad. I room had barely enough lighting. There was no fan except one built in above the bed. The shower was growing black mold. Yes the toxic kind. I had a full blown reaction but many people do not believe in this sort of thing so I typically donoot relier it.

It is one of the first hotels on Tulum Beach. Beautifully embedded in the nature. You can spend your whole stay barefoot, walk through white snow, swim in blue seas and enjoy a magnificent fews. It is a true diamond.

Fantastic property, location and staff! Rustic, glamping style hotel in a perfect location with its own private little cove/beach, a fantastic restaurant that serves both Mexican, and other, cuisine, and a great staff ready to accomodate…A place where you can truly relax in the perfect spot right on the beach, in rooms with thatched roofs and some with private outdoor bathrooms (shower under the stars), away from the sterile pretentiousness of Playa Del Carmen and the zona Hotelera in Tulum, a true place where relaxing on your personal cabana by the waves just takes you away from the hustle and bustle.
