「1. They would try their very best to sell you their hotel club program, it will cost you 2 hrs to listen to them. 2. And their breakfast is awful, no need to try. 3. No one helped you tidy up your room no matter how many days you stay there, only 1 washing powder you would get. 4. They have a ticket office to book many recreational program (including Disney tickets),don't trust. 「Property is okay but the hype was way overrated. Small pools between buildings. Rooms not updated in a LONG time. Took 3 days for freezer to freeze an ice tray. No ice machines on site. Water park not included. Cost $25 pp per day!!! Received numerous phone calls wanting to sell time share and left notes on door. Customer service was very nice and helpful when needed.」

A group of 7 of us went swimming and all were infected with allergies and had symptoms of red spots, which were very itchy. Because our flight is at 6 in the morning, we don't have time to report the situation to the front desk. We also did not get the breakfast that we should’ve. 「The hotel was really bad and it was very dirty. The door was broken it could be unlocked from the outside the lock wouldn’t work, the shower drain was partially clogged water drained very slowly, the mini fridge was also broken and I had told the person at the front desk many times but the door or fridge was never fixed. When we were eating breakfast and my son was eating cereal he had found a cockroach in it. 」

「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「This motel included breakfast, outdoor pool and Disney Park Shuttle in the cost of our stay. For a little extra, we were able to get the shuttle to drop our party off at the airport when our stay was over. It was very inexpensive and shopping and dining was available within walking distance. Very quiet at night as motel sits back off the main highway. Shuttle service was always on time and room was always refreshed with fresh towels and soaps. Beds were made as requested as required by motel...
