This property has lots of misleading advertisements. One pool on site only. We did not have parking at building therefore we had to walk 10 minutes with kids and all swim stuff every day. The best pool comes at $20 per person which is not disclosed at booking.

Our stay at this property completely exceeded our expectations! It was incredibly family-friendly and truly had everything we needed—and more. The inclusion of three water parks with our stay was such an amazing bonus and kept everyone entertained. We also really appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer right in the condo, which made traveling with kids so much easier. We would absolutely stay here again!

Unit was very clean and well kept. The master bedroom bed was comfortable and soft. The complex has many amenities to be used and are included. Staff around the complex was very friendly and accommodating. The only downside, the unit didn’t have any basic commodities like salt, pepper, etc when cooking(very minor inconvenience. First of all the description of this place is not fully addressed with pool hours and water park hours and you have to walk more than 10 minutes to get there. The gate to go to the pool is not open so you need to walk through the main office to get there.The pictures from the don’t go with the resort pictures. There is not a lot to do after 5 pm so it’s pretty boring, The property we rented they were a lot of issues with the internet and the main shower will only have hot water. The light on three of our rooms where flicking and the canopy from the patio wasn’t working neither.

The place was beautiful and provided a much needed break after a long week running around doing things. The kids loved the space and amenities which were easy to get to. Its a quiet, laid back resort.

Luxurious place, The unit was super clean. With washing machine and dryer in the unit … no need to bring a lot of clothes. Parking is the only downside especially when you have toddlers with you .

Our stay at Spectrum Resort had some strong positives, but also a few issues that impacted the overall experience. On the plus side, the unit was well set up when we arrived. The kitchen was very organized and ready to use, and the beds and bathrooms were clean. It felt like a good space for a family stay. However, there were several maintenance and housekeeping concerns. We ran out of toilet paper during our stay and requested more from the front desk, but it was never delivered. Two of the toilets were installed crooked with messy caulking, and one of them had a chain that broke multiple times. We also experienced a safety concern where the bathtub was producing hot water even on the coldest setting, which is something to be aware of, especially with young children. Cleanliness could also be improved—we found orange peels under the table and sofa, which suggests the unit wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. Overall, while the property has good potential and some solid features, the maintenance and service issues need to be addressed to match expectations.

The room was cool. Only complaint I have about the room is that it smelled like dogs had urinated on the carpets. I have a dog, so I know the smell. I know the resort is pet friendly, but maybe having rooms where you can choose from whether a pet stayed in it or not (just my opinion). Loved that they had a washer and dryer in the unit, so all wet clothes could get dry before packing up to leave. The shuttle within the resort was very helpful. Pool could’ve been a little cleaner as there was liter in it. Lamps didn’t work for charging stations. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff and easy check in. The space was clean and cozy. My only complaint is the walls are thin! You can hear your neighbor walking and talking. It was hard to sleep with the constant banging from upstairs and the people coming into the building.

The condo we rented was very nice. However there isn’t any parking available to you outside your building. Our car got towed the first night. Costing us an extra $200 fee. I also paid extra to have “pool access” thinking the pool would be behind my back yard. But you have to walk almost a mile to get to the pool. The water park on the property was full everyday we want. So had to stand in lines just to get in ! I would never recommend this resort to anyone !

The 5 bedroom had lots of space and a good layout. The kitchen had what we needed. It was not very clean, the hallway smelled like weed. We knew parking was going to be far away but it was definitely a hassle.

The battery to lock our door was low upon entry. We had to wait almost one day before it got fixed. If travelling with toddlers, you can’t lock the door from the inside. My 2 year old was able to open and close the front door, so we had to block it. The rooms were clean and spacious. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, large fridge and pantry for food storage. The people above us were ridiculously loud! Partying until past 3am! With two small kids, it made sleeping very hard. The noise above sounded like someone was going to fall through the ceiling into our apartment. Safe to say, noise barriers aren’t really a thing. You can literally hear when your neighbours come and go and party!
