「Great location! Friendly staff! Comfortable clean room! Amazing garden breakfast! My husband and I love to come back again! Totally worth every penny you spend! 」

「The room was clean and convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Great hot shower and charming decor. However, the upstairs balcony could use some much needed repairs. Broken rocking chairs and benches sitting around seemed unsafe. The flooring needs resurfacing and paint. Outside the property just needs sprucing up. The self serve breakfast was good. However, if you didn’t get right in there food was gone and no one available to bring out more.」

「This is clearly a very old property, which isnt the fault of anyone's. However, the A/C in the room which is MANDATORY if you want to sleep is so dang loud, you cant sleep. So what do you do... the rooms are TINY TINY. The pool was pretty dirty, we wanted to go in but decided against it. It didnt feel like a resort in any sense of the word...which it doesnt fancy itself like that I get but, its pretty rundown if im being honest. Staff is super chill, friendly, helpful as they could be.」

「Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Sandy was amazing and made sure the room had everything i requested (and more)!!! Breakfast and snacks were delicious. Umbrellas next to the front door in case you forgot to bring one, like I did. Property was in the most perfect location - walking distance to/from the city, but just far away to not be caught up in all of the hustle and bustle. Stayed in the Caroline (RM 102) and it was stunning. Way better than the pictures. 1000/10 and will not...

「I absolutely love the customer service. They really take pride in their beautiful house. We were there this past week and everything was nice and clean. We were welcomed with a glass of vine to start our vacation. Breakfast was delicious! The property is very close to everything. Just park your car, and walk everywhere. We will definitely come back again!」

「What a unique find for our Florida getaway! We loved the atmosphere of the grounds and the Backyard of Love . The Tropical Bird room was perfect for two. The attached kitchen had all of the amenities and was clean and efficient. AC worked well and the available beach chairs and shuttle to the beach made the whole visit as easy as could be. The only suggestion I would make is to share with guests how to sign up for the yoga or pizza nights when you register. These were booked in advance so we...
